In a rare departure from its usual protocol, Qualcomm seems to have prematurely announced an upcoming LG smartphone that will run on its Snapdragon S4 Pro SoC. Considering the S4 Pro does not have integrated cellular connectivity, it is like that this smartphone will combine the APQ8064 and MDM9615 for 3G/LTE connectivity. Rumors indicate LG is indeed developing a monsterphone called the Optimus G, which popped up in benchmarks sometime back

MobileBurn.com – The LG Optimus 4X HD sports a reasonably capable 8 megapixel camera that has good macro focusing abilities as well as full HD, 1080p video recording. In our tests the audio recorded with videos was pretty solid, but the camera’s focus hunted a bit while recording (and we saw some focus issues with still shots as well). Overall, though, not a bad showing for LG’s latest flagship Android smartphone
